The topic for this week's presentation is relaxation, mindfulness and self-care.
I chose this topic because with everything happening in the world right now, it can be very easy to forget to do things for yourself or even check in with yourself to see how you're coping!
Whether you're working from home or still working normally while simultaneously trying to home-school your children, or not working and trying to home-school children (it really is a job in itself!), being at home full-time with small children, or even if you're just trying to manage the stresses of navigating our current reality, today's presentation could really come in handy for you!
